Katherine Timon
Katherine brings 25 years of litigation experience to FIS Regulatory Advisory Services as a former New York City prosecutor and an Assistant Attorney General. Katherine represented various state agencies, such as the Banking Department, Insurance Department, Office of Court Administration, Labor Department, Civil Service Department and Racing and Wagering Board, in complex civil trials before federal and state courts. She authored legislation to strengthen state laws and brought various regulatory enforcement actions in New York and Florida. She is admitted to practice in New York and Florida and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal for the 2nd and 11th Circuits and the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Middle District of Florida.
