Terri Oster

Terri brings with her almost 15 years of experience in the practice of law, where she was employed as a State Prosecutor and later as an Assistant Attorney General at the Florida Attorney General's Economic Crimes Division. There, she represented the State of Florida in enforcement actions against companies for violations of both state and federal law. 

She has also worked in private practice, where she concentrated in the areas of corporate compliance and regulation, corporate law, commercial litigation, and general business law.  Beginning in 2008, began instructing in the areas of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection Law at Barry University College of Law.  Terri attended the University of South Florida and received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.  She also possesses a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. 

Her current responsibilities include assisting clients with federal compliance issues, reviewing and preparing banking policies, reviewing compliance documents, preparing articles on federal compliance topics, and conducting training at FIS Regulatory Advisory Services compliance seminars.
