Donald Southerland

A life-long native of Central Florida and a graduate of the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, Donald Southerland joined FIS Regulatory Advisory Services in 2009 as a Compliance Officer.  A licensed litigation attorney for 15 years for government, statewide law firms and for national corporations, Don brings to FIS his 15 years of legal and insurance experience.  Now, as part of the FIS Regulatory Advisory Services team, Don responds to client inquiries regarding federal compliance issues, reviews and prepares policies, procedures, disclosures and notices for clients, as well as advises clients on requirements and developments in federal banking regulations.
